Routine Nail Trimming
Routine nail care including safe trimming, shaping, and reduction of thickened nails. Ideal for maintaining comfort and preventing issues such as ingrown nails. Included in foot check.
Corn and Callus Removal
Safe and effective reduction of corns and hard skin using clinical techniques to relieve pain, improve comfort, and prevent recurrence. Included in foot check.
Nail Reconstruction
Restoration of damaged or unsightly nails using specialist techniques to improve appearance and provide protection while the natural nail grows.
Diabetic Foot
Specialist foot care tailored for clients with diabetes, focusing on safe nail care, skin maintenance, and early identification of potential complications to support ongoing foot health. Included in foot check.
Verrucae and Warts
Professional treatment and management of verrucae and warts to reduce discomfort and encourage resolution, with advice on preventing spread and recurrence. Included in foot check.
Medical Pedicure
A comprehensive foot care treatment combining clinical and cosmetic elements. Includes standard foot check plus exfoliation, foot mask, steam therapy and finishing with soy wax serum candle and massage to restore comfort and foot health.
Fungal Treatment
Assessment and management of fungal nail infections, including reduction of thickened nails and advice on appropriate treatment options to improve nail health and appearance. Includes athletes foot treatment. Included in foot check.
Ingrown Nail Treatment
Conservative treatment to relieve discomfort caused by ingrown toenails, including careful nail trimming, reduction, and guidance to prevent recurrence. NON-SURGICAL. Included in foot check.
Cracked Heels Fissures
Treatment to reduce hard skin and manage heel fissures, promoting healing and restoring skin integrity, with aftercare advice to prevent further cracking. Included in foot check.

Policies & Client Information
Domiciliary (Home Visit) Appointments
Appointments are carried out in the comfort of your home. Please ensure there is a safe, clean, and suitable space available for treatment, with adequate lighting and access. The practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if the environment is deemed unsafe.
Consent/Mental Capacity/Safeguarding Policy
Informed consent is obtained prior to all treatments. Clients are provided with clear information about procedures, risks, and alternatives, and retain the right to withdraw consent at any time. Respect for each client’s right to make their own decisions. Where there are concerns about capacity, assessments are carried out in line with legal requirements, and decisions are made in the client’s best interests. Committed to safeguarding adults at risk. Any concerns about abuse or neglect will be reported to the appropriate authorities in line with safeguarding procedures.
Appointments, Cancellations & Payments
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed, and can be made via accepted payment methods. Cash, Bank Transfer or Contactless.
A 50% deposit of selected treatment is required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance but may be transferred if adequate notice is given in line with the cancellation policy.
Client Care & Aftercare
All treatments are carried out to a high professional standard, and personalised aftercare advice will be provided. It is the client’s responsibility to follow this advice. No liability can be accepted for complications arising where aftercare guidance has not been followed or incidents happening outside of the appointment.

Sickness and Absence Policy
In the event of practitioner illness or unavoidable absence, clients will be informed as soon as possible and appointments rearranged at the earliest convenience.
GDPR & Confidentiality
All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Details are stored securely and used only for treatment and record-keeping purposes. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law or in an emergency.
Professional Conduct
A safe and respectful environment is essential. Any aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards the practitioner will not be tolerated. The appointment may be terminated immediately, and future services may be refused. Operate in a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. Do not accept any financial or other inducement to influence professional decisions.
Health & Safety/PPE/Infection Control Policies
Risk assessments are carried out, and all work is conducted in accordance with current health and safety legislation and best practice.
Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used during all treatments to protect both client and practitioner. PPE is single-use where required and disposed of safely.
Strict infection prevention and control procedures are followed at all times. All equipment is appropriately cleaned, disinfected, sterilised, and hygiene standards are maintained to ensure client safety and confidence.
